Professional ($35/month) unlocks all launch cities, the full TerraYield, Forward, Risk, and Confidence scores, every intelligence layer, the Signals Intelligence Center, the Radar Discovery Engine, and portfolio tracking. Institutional adds team access, API access, market exports, white-label tools, and institutional-grade analytics, and is coming soon.
Professional is $35/month. The annual launch offer is $260 for your first year — saving $160 versus paying monthly — then $350/year from year two onwards. You can choose monthly or annual billing and switch later.
No. The Explorer plan is free forever and requires no credit card. A card is only required when you upgrade to Professional, where you'll complete checkout securely before your paid access begins.
Yes. You can cancel anytime, and cancelling moves you back to the free Explorer plan — you keep access until your current billing period ends. You can also upgrade from Explorer to Professional whenever you're ready from your account settings or the pricing page.
